My intent for this blog is the same as the definition of the word “lovely.” Many thanks to Merriam-Webster for providing the following:
Main Entry: 1love·ly
Inflected Form(s): love·li·er; love·li·est
Date: before 12th century
: delightful for beauty, harmony, or grace : attractive
: grand, swell
Through The Lovely Lifestyle, I intend to delightfully focus on beautiful things, bring harmony to home and life while extending grace to all. Of course, sometimes criticism is needed and ugly sides will be seen. How will I stand out amongst the crowd of lifestyle, décor, DIY and home blogs? I’m not sure, but we’ll find out together.
Now, onto some fun…
Michelle Armas is generously providing 25% off at her site and her Etsy shop, while providing free shipping on her prints. Yes, please and thank you. Wise Math an absolutely beautiful painting, also mentioned on Frolic!, is sold out. However, prints of it are still available.
West Elm is having their twice a year sale, Dash for Design. The metal floor lamp with table may find a new home with Mister and I. My friend Chris needs a bed. Yes, you heard this correctly. He sleeps on a matress placed in the floor in the corner of his room. Fairly disgusting and definitly not lovely. The platform beds have been sent to him as a suggestion.
Thanks for coming by!
