Number 28 can be marked off of the 30 before 30 as I took a cruise last month. The Mister had been on cruises in his past, but I had not. A friend of mine was going on a cruise with her husband and asked if we were interested in going. I had always heard that cruises were more fun if you went with others, so I decided it was time to get going. Here are some photos from it. The last photo may be the best.
Key West
Who doesn’t want a manatee mailbox?
We’re so funny.
I love key lime pie!
Grand Cayman
The water was so beautiful.
This is me trying to stay cool while we swam with the sting rays. At first, I was scared. Then, I wanted to take them home with me.
We went scuba diving after the sting rays. So, this is me without makeup and my hair has “skank wave.” You’re welcome.
Jamaica
This is us before the glide through the rain forest.
This is how high we were.
These are my feet dangling while I’m crying because the glide stopped abruptly. I lost my mess. I immediately started in on “I wanna go home…” this was followed with out loud prayer.
We made it, but we had to go back.
I behaved better this time.
On the boat and around
My hat was awesome.

We had a balcony room which we enjoyed having. Both the photos above were taken on our balcony.
This is Alan and I starting the conga line. Why? Because that’s who I am. I get the party started. I was always chosen to dance in front of the dining room. Seriously, every night they walked over and grabbed me. There are loads of people who have my photo due to this. I’m not super stoked about that, but I’m glad they enjoyed it. It was really awkward when strangers came close to me and took my photo, especially with the flash. Some would stand at a distance, wave at me to get my attention and then take my photo. At least one person took their photo with me. It got a little weird.
Friday, I will share our prep suggestions. Additionally, there will be a post regarding the decor. The Mister still talks about it.

Sounds like an absolutely brilliant trip! Love the stingray picture! Good job on gliding over the rain forest! Would love to try it!
Thanks Anita Mac! You’re obvioulsy, via your blog, way more active than I. I’ve not been cycling or kayaking, yet this seems to be commonplace for you. You’re bucket list is impressive. It makes my 30 before 30 look like a chump.
too funny. very cute pics. Looks like you had fun. We went in August. Had a ball too!
Where did y’all go?
