I have wobbly bits.
I always have.
You have them too.
If you don’t have them, I would like to speak to you privately.
The issue with my wobbly bits is that they have multiplied. It’s problematic. I’ve gained a number of pounds over the past year and I blame it on a few things. However, we’re not going to get into that right now. Blaming things will not fix my issue.
Part of having a lovely lifestyle is being healthy. I’m not healthy. Additionally, a lovely lifestyle should include confidence and self-compassion. I’m lacking in those things too. I will consider ripping a camera out of stranger/friend/anyone’s hand. I have begged not to leave the house. I’m out of control.
To have fun, and to place a goal in mind, The Mister and I are going on a cruise in September. I have three months to do as best as possible. I’m getting myself together. Of course, I will share my work with you. I may share more often than just on “Fitness Friday.” I plan to share recipes, eating habits, work out success and fails along with pitfalls and inspiration. It’s about to get personal around here.

I got a cruise in August. I am doing the same thing. GOOD LUCK! I have found that no alcohol during the week (Sun-Thur) and salads only for dinner have helped.
I eat a light breakfast, snack on fruit before lunch and usually a sandwich with a few chips or crackers (all dietish. i.e- rice cakes, rice chips, baked chips) for lunch.
I think the no carbs at dinner keeps you from having to have no carbs at all which is stupid and unrealistic for me, so limiting them to daytime only has been great.
I look forward to reading your progress and tips! YOU CAN DO IT!
I’m going to try the salad dinner only. I need easy rules to follow.
