Behold, my two favorite dining inspiration photos for our dining room.

Our dining chairs are similar to the first photo and I like the glass doors on the corner cabinets. The built-in seating in the second photo could be very handy. The corresponding component of these photos is the storage. I have not contacted a carpenter, so I have no idea how much either option would cost. However, I’ve been looking for pieces to manipulate into two storage towers. I’d like each to be around 35″ wide and 96″ high.

Of course, I’d combine them in the same color -white. I like the four drawer version too.

You could put 2 foot Paxton wall shelves above it. IKEA options would be EKBY JÄRPEN/ EKBY ROBERT shelves, EKBY STÅTLIG with EKBY STILIG brackets.

I love these! I recently got into this organizing kick. Our house is shaped in a way that doesn’t allow for a lot of storage or clutter, so that’s made it difficult.
Maybe it’s just me, but white furniture just makes everything look cleaner.
Both are gorgeous! The second photo is really similar to my best friends dining room, she has a Craftsmans Built home in Nashville built in 1899. You can’t go wrong with either choice (or a combination of both).

[...] We decided against the full wall of storage – Option A and referred to here. We were fearful it would look imposing and it would eat a lot of our floorspace. Option C was preferred as it provided storage and The Mister likes the idea of a bench or a banquette (if your nasty). The inspirational for it was here. [...]
